Welcome to the Kolo Rewards Hub ("Platform"). These Brand Platform Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services as a Brand Partner ("Brand," "you," "your"). By creating a Brand account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. Registration: To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process, which may require providing information such as your brand name, contact details, and business registration documents (e.g., CAC certificate in Nigeria). You agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it updated.
1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. Verification: We reserve the right to verify the information you provide and may suspend or terminate your account if we are unable to confirm its authenticity.
2.1. Your Content: You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including product information, images, quiz questions, and campaign details ("Brand Content"). You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to use all Brand Content.

2.3. Campaign Integrity: All reward campaigns, quizzes, and surveys must be conducted fairly. Reward points and payouts must align with the terms you set within the Platform. Kolo is a platform for engagement, not a lottery or gambling service.
3.1. Subscription Tiers: Access to certain features is governed by your chosen subscription plan (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly). Fees for each tier are specified on the Subscription page.
3.2. Reward Pool: A percentage of your subscription fee, as specified in your plan, is allocated to a reward pool for distribution to users who engage with your content.
3.3. Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected period. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.1. Analytics: The Platform provides you with anonymized and aggregated data regarding user engagement with your Brand Content. You may use this data for internal business analysis.
4.2. User Data: You will not receive any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of our users. Your interaction with users is limited to the functionality provided by the Platform.
4.3. Platform License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kolo Platform and its features for the duration of your subscription.
5.1. By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any pre-paid subscription fees.
5.2. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the integrity of the Platform.
6.1. "As Is" Service: The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims will not exceed the amount of subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
7.1. Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7.2. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
